The wavePREP DNA device developed by Swiss-innotech is a complementary device
used in DNA and RNA synthesis. During the synthesis of DNA and RNA with the Wave-
PREP DNA device, the caps of the oligonucleotides are removed and the synthesis is
completed.
Working under pressure and based on the principles of microwave heating, wavePREP
DNA reduces processes completed in a very long time to minutes, thanks to its
automation support units.
960 samples can be processed at a time. It is a fast and efficient device thanks to its
rapid heating and rapid cooling, no need for preliminary preparations for the gas phase,
less chemical use and effective working results. For this reason, it is a product that
reduces operating costs. Based on the foregoing, one of the important advantages to be
emphasized for the wavePREP DNA device is that laboratory workers are exposed to less
chemicals.
