As a result of the studies carried out in these laboratories, it is aimed to preserve the foods with healthy and appropriate packaging methods. In food packaging and preservation laboratories; paper, cardboard, cardboard, aluminum, tin, glass, plastic, wood, etc. All kinds of packaging materials and packages are tested. Gas Chromatography (GC), Gas Chromatography mass Spectrophotometer (GCMS) and Spectrophotometer can be given as examples of devices used in food packaging and preservation laboratories.
