Mycotoxins are metabolites left by molds (especially Aspergillus, Penicillium and Fusarium), which are frequently encountered in foods and feeds, causing side effects and economic losses in humans, animals and plants. They have strong and varied toxic effects on human and animal health. Some mycotoxins are carcinogenic and some molds cause irreversible damage to organs. Even low levels are dangerous as they are stored in the liver. Examples of analyzes made in mycotoxin laboratories are Aflatoxin, Aflatoxin M1, Deoxynivalenol, Ochratoxin A, Zearalenone, Fumonisin analyzes in food and feed, Aflatoxin and Total Aflatoxin Determination in all seeds and all products made from them; Deoxynivalenol analyzes can be given in Cereals, Grain Containing Foods and Feed.
