Dioxins, chlorinated dioxins and furans; They are unintentional by-products of the production of chlorine-containing organic chemicals (such as various pesticides) and plastic materials, their destruction by microorganisms, and their combustion in an oxygen-poor environment. Dioxins are toxic substances encountered in a wide range and do not decompose easily. Dioxins have fat-soluble properties and therefore accumulate in high amounts in animals. Due to their extreme resistance to degradation, they remain intact for a very long time, enter the food chain, pass to humans and accumulate in the body. For these reasons, it needs to be analyzed in a fast and effective way. For all animal products and feeds, dioxin analysis should be done and compared with legal values. Examples of products used in these laboratories are GC-MSMS
